Chicken Tenders Lab {Safety and Sanitation}

Foods 2 had a safety and sanitation lab working with raw chicken today.

We watched a safety youtube on chicken here as a reminder to wash their hands and practice safety.

The students used thermometers to check the internal temperature of the chicken. It should have registered at least 165 degrees.

Students did a good job frying the chicken safely.

I think they all agree they’re chicken was finger lickin’ good! Look out Chick-Fil-A.
