Vitamin and Mineral Lab

IMG_0770We kick up vitamin and mineral talk with this yummy fruit salsa packed with antioxidants like cantaloupe, blueberries, strawberries and bananas.

I modify this recipe to emphasize these high antioxidant fruits on the state test.


Students love making the cinnamon chips and I love that they are so frugal.

IMG_0768We all agree it’s fantastic way to get your antioxidants in for the day; much better than a multi-vitamin.
