Some time you have to take a break out of a busy day and have a frappuccino. This is foods 2 way of learning the ins and outs of food service.
First up, students were responsible for making buttered toast and water using the proper servsafe techniques. No bare hands and tongs only with the toast, ice scoops only with the ice, careful serving without touching any areas you eat with were required.
Students had to pick someone to serve.
