Foods 2 and FCCLA teamed up this week to sell some frapps to teachers. Since we’re into our entrepreneurship unit, we tackled a few tripled recipes to make about 15 or so drinks.
Though it’s happy hour with half-price frapps at Starbucks, we’re raising funds for our national trip to San Diego with this frugal drink.
For $3 with donated cups, a little cool whip, expresso we already had on hand and milk, we were good to go. Many hands make light work and this fundraiser helped cushion our account for the trip.
With warm weather upon us and positive feedback from teachers, we’ll be doing this every Friday for teachers. Woo hoo, San Diego here we come.
