Foods 2 students are understanding the minimum internal temperature of pork chops. We had just enough chops from our summer CSA. Students rubbed simple spices on the chops and prepped potatoes for a class pot of creamy garlic mashed potatoes.

Our foods 2 students were licking their own chops after devouring this tasty meal. I believe they might remember the minimum internal temperature of pork chops as 145 and the garlic mashed potatoes as 135 because Mrs. Brown made them use thermometers before diving into this delish meal.
