Quick Calzones for Yeast Breads


Foods 2 students finished yeast breads with our final quick project. We practiced cinnamon roll dough in the bread maker one day. img_5048

We were very busy shaping the five kinds of yeast rolls, this was a nice way to see how yeast breads could ferment on the quicker side.


We used a 20 minute recipe here.

Everyone agreed it was easy to work with and fun to fill.

They did a great job dividing the recipe three ways and crimping the edges.

They all turned out delicious looking.



Students chose a variety of cooked fillings for the inside.
