Foods 2 students finished yeast breads with our final quick project. We practiced cinnamon roll dough in the bread maker one day.
We were very busy shaping the five kinds of yeast rolls, this was a nice way to see how yeast breads could ferment on the quicker side.

Everyone agreed it was easy to work with and fun to fill.
They did a great job dividing the recipe three ways and crimping the edges.
They all turned out delicious looking.
Students chose a variety of cooked fillings for the inside.
