Brioche, Crescent and Calzones


We’re baking our last 2 shapes today, brioche and crescent. The brioche popped up great!


Crescent were golden brown and very appetizing.

Next we moved onto calzones.

Students used their fast proofing method in the microwave.


Turns out the microwave is very useful for a quick 10 minute proof.


Calzones turned out golden brown and ready to eat.


Yum, yum, delicious filled yeast breast to wrap up our week.
